CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Municipal Hail Insurance Act (Assented to April 4, 1996) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Municipal Hail Insurance Amendment Act, 1996. R.S.S. 1978, c.M-29,

section amended Clause 5(2)(

a) of The Municipal Hail Insurance Act is amended by striking out A$200,000@ and substituting A$2,000,000@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
