OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated October 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into an agreement with the Government of Prince Edward Island respecting post-mortem examinations and other services provided by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
