OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated July 22, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 73 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1988, the Mount Saint Vincent University Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Anne-Louise Dauphinee to the Mount Saint Vincent University Board of Governors effective September 6, 2011; (
b) revoke the appointment of Karen A. Hatcher to the Mount Saint Vincent University Board of Governors effective September 6, 2011; and (
c) appoint Li Jin as a member of the Mount Saint Vincent University Board of Governors for a term of 3 years commencing September 6, 2011.
