Order in Council 355/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , His Worship Joseph Andre Bernard Caron, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northwest Region for a term of three years, effective the latter of March 1, 2018, or the date of this Order in Council.

And further, that the appointment of His Worship Raymond Anthony Zuliani as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northwest Region, made by Order in Council numbered 1704/2017 be revoked, effective February 28, 2018.
