B.C. Reg. 282/2001, deposited December 7, 2001, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 21]. Regulation of the Commissioner, dated December 5, 2001.

I, Doug Rundell, commissioner under the Assessment Act, make the following regulation: The Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended as set out in the attached schedule. — D. RUNDELL, Assessment Commissioner.

Schedule

Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended by striking out "2001" and substituting "2002".

Section 3 is amended by repealing the Table and substituting the following:

(

(

For the track in place of a railway corporation, located on land described in

section 1 (1) (c) (iii) of the Criteria for Railway Right of Way Definition Regulation,

For the pipelines of a pipeline corporation, other than gathering pipelines

$2 156 per acre

For the gathering pipelines of a pipeline corporation

$312 per acre

For the transmission lines of an electrical power corporation

$2 156 per acre

For the metallic or fibre optic cables of a telecommunications corporation

$2 156 per acre
