OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 6, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Capital District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed $30,158,537 of the cost of constructing and equipping the Cobequid Community Health Centre Facility in Sackville, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to Capital Account, for the vote "Capital Grants, Capital Construction Projects", under the heading "Capital Grants, Department of Health", effective on June 27, 2003.
