CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Pharmacy Act, 1996 (Assented to April 28, 1998) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Pharmacy Amendment Act, 1998. S.S. 1996, c.P-9.1,

section amended

Section of The Pharmacy Act, 1996 is amended by adding the following subsection after subsection (1): “

(1.1) Regulations or bylaws made pursuant to subsection (1) may: (

a) adopt, as amended from time to time or otherwise, any part or all of any relevant code, standard, regulation or schedule; and (

b) for the purposes of the Act, provide for the amendment or alteration of any code, standard, regulation or
