Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve, effective October 31, 2017, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2017-2018, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $1,000,000,000.
