Order in Council 1384/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Joanne Laws was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 8, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 151/2020;

And

whereas Joanne Laws tendered her resignation effective September 23, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 151/2020 be revoked effective September 23, 2022.
