Order in Council 145/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(

a) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Grant Walsh of Ottawa

be appointed as part-time chair of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of January 1, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 46/2021 be revoked, effective the later of January 1, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
