OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 9, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective December 12, 2017, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into Amendment Contribution Agreement Number 2 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding a project entitled “Ceasefire in the Halifax Regional Municipality: Building a Nova Scotian Approach”, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications as the Minister deems necessary.
