OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 25, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) purchase Little Indian Point (Micous Island), St. Margarets Bay, Halifax County, containing 9.1+ hectares (22.5+ acres) and shown highlighted in yellow on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Roswitha Micou Winsor, her executors, heirs, trustees, successors, and assigns for $503,000, subject to the condition that Roswitha Micou Winsor, her executors, heirs, trustees, successors, and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
