Section 28 of
Chapter 328 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Optometry Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists of amendments to the by-laws approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-421 dated April 9, 1991, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 11, 2002.
