OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated December 24, 1999, pursuant to subsections 68(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10) and (11) of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Robert Wells as an employee representative to the list of persons from which an appeal may be designated for a term of office of three (3) years commencing February 1, 2000; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Robert Wells at a rate of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each day of attendance to the business of an appeal panel at the instruction of the chair of a designated appeal panel or the appeal office, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out his duties as a member of a designated appeal panel.
