On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2012, sections 1 and 3 to 6 of the Greater Vancouver Transit Enhancement Act , S.B.C. 2011, c. 16, are brought into force.
