OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated November 13, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 105 of

Chapter 340 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pension Benefits Act, is pleased to amend the Pension Benefits Regulations, N.S. Reg. 164/2002, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-607 dated December 20, 2002, to provide for a solvency deficiency funding exemption, an extension of time for paying contribution and special payment increases, and transfers of pension benefits to designated provinces in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 21, 2012.
