OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 18, 2001, pursuant to clause 19(B)(2) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in her vested, is pleased, effective December 19, 2001, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 1999-417 dated August 19, 1999, which Order assigned responsibility for the Communications Nova Scotia Agency to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Communications Nova Scotia Agency to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Chair of Treasury and Policy Board, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Communications Nova Scotia.
