B.C. Reg. 168/2023 , deposited June 29, 2023, under the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [section 80 (2)]. Order in Council 408/2023, approved and ordered June 29, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 71 (4) (c) (iii) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is repealed and the following substituted:

(iii) the permanent addition, to the service area under the endorsement, of a patio.
