Order in Council 160/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 establishes the Education Quality and Accountability Office;

and

whereas subsection 11(1) of said Act provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint directors to the board of said Office;

now therefore , pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

david agnew of Toronto

is appointed a director of the board of the Education Quality and Accountability Office for a term of three years, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this order is signed.
