Order in Council 1796/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1906/2019 made December 12, 2019, Sriram Subrahmanyan was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation;

And

whereas Sriram Subrahmanyan has resigned from the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2021;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1906/2019 is revoked effective December 31, 2021.
