Order in Council 703/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Act,

Martha Greenberg

be appointed Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, effective June 19, 2023, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2025;

And that Order in Council O.C. 1363/2022, dated October 20, 2022, be revoked effective June 19, 2023.
