I establish the following area as a regional planning area.

Beginning at a point on the eastern end of Main Dam on the eastern shoreline of Junction Brook on the northern shoreline of Grand Lake, that point having co-ordinates north 5,449,546 metres and east 481,354 metres, and being on the Deer Lake Municipal Planning Area Boundary;

49' 52" west 1706.6 metres, more or less, to a point on the western shoreline of Grand Lake, that point called the Narrows;

0' 35" west 284.3 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of the Upper Humber River and the eastern shoreline of Junction Brook

on the Deer Lake Municipal Planning Area Boundary;

Then in a generally easterly direction along the Deer Lake Municipal Planning Area Boundary as described in the Newfoundland Gazette, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 842/96, dated

, to the point of beginning.
