Order in Council 6/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Ken Bednarek of Ottawa be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Ken Bednarek was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective June 5, 2025 and ending January 20, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 736/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 736/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
