HEALTH AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT, 2013

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Section 19.1 of the Health Authorities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 180, is amended in the definition of "nurse" by striking out " an enactment " and substituting " the Health Professions Act " and by striking out " or as a registered psychiatric nurse " and substituting " , licensed practical nurse or registered psychiatric nurse ".

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
