OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 30, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 61 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2004, to: (
a) accept the resignation of E.A. Nelson Blackburn, Q.C., as a member and Chair of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act; and (
b) designate Richard W. Cregan as Vice Chair of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act for a term commencing April 1, 2004, and ending December 31, 2004.
