B.C. Reg. 481/2004, deposited November 1, 2004, pursuant to the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [Section 289]. Order in Council 1050/2004, approved and ordered November 1, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Insurance Company Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 323/90, is amended by adding the following section:

Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation

Section 75 of the Act does not apply to the Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation.
