Order in Council 1619/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Carrie Bertrand of Owen Sound be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 28, 2026.
