OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 16, 2005, pursuant to subsection (2) of
Section 21 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, come into force on and not before July 8, 2005, with effect on and after December 20, 1996.
