OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission dated May 30, 2008 and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2008, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2007-481 dated September 7, 2007; and (

b) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2008.
