B.C. Reg. 249/2012 , deposited August 24, 2012, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated August 24, 2012.

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) the prohibition set out in B.C. Reg. 51/85 in respect of the parcel of land described in that regulation as D.L. 1737 Y.D.Y.D. and outlined on the page described as a copy of page 5 from the Department of Highway's Property Register in the Department of Highway's District Office, Penticton, B.C., is revoked, any reserve established by B.C. Reg. 51/85 over that parcel is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 51/85 is amended

(

i) by striking out "pages 2 to 9 inclusive," and substituting "pages 2 to 4 inclusive, 6 to 9 inclusive,", and

(ii) by deleting the page described as a copy of page 5 from the Department of Highway's Property Register in the Department of Highway's District Office, Penticton, B.C. ,

(

b) the mineral and placer mining reserve established by B.C. Reg. 413/87 over "Site 3" is cancelled and

section 1 of B.C. Reg. 413/87 is amended by striking out the following:

Site 3:

Commencing at a point 1660 metres N7°30'W of the Northwest corner of Lot 3050; thence N44°W 1450 meters; thence N46°E 300 metres; thence S44°E 1450 metres; thence Southwesterly 300 metres, more or less, to a point 1660 metres N7°30'W of the Northwest corner of Lot 3050, being the point of commencement.

, and

(

c) the placer mineral reserve established by B.C. Reg. 47/2006 over site 1000664, "Snowpeak", Liard Mining Division, Cassiar Land District, is cancelled and

Schedule B to B.C. Reg. 47/2006 is amended by deleting the following item and corresponding sketch:
