Order in Council 1869/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

George Zegarac was appointed the Fairness Commissioner, on an interim basis, by Order in Council OC 520/2019. Mr. Zegarac submitted his resignation effective August 17, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 13 (1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 , Order in Council OC 520/2019 is revoked, effective August 17, 2019.
