Order in Council 961/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , Graham Rempe of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
