OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 7, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a 66 foot wide easement for access and for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement and use of utility lines and poles, with respect to Crown land situate at Waterloo Lake, Annapolis County, at the locations shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Torus Country Lands Inc., a body corporate, with a registered office at Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, for the consideration of $1000.00 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
