AN ACT TO AMEND THE TEMPORARY ANTI·INFLATION MEASURES ACT (Assented to , 1977) HER MAJESTY, by and wiibh the !advice 'and consent of the Legislative ASISembly of Alberta, 'enacts as flollows: 1. The Temporary Anti-Inflation Measures Act is hereby amended. 2. The following

section is added after

section 2: 2.1.

(1) Nortwithstanding The Public Utilities Board Act, the Public Utilities Board 'ShaH aJpply such guide lines for the restraint of prices and profit margins as are issued pursuant ,to The Anti-Inflation Act (Cana da), to any public utility rate fixed by the Board 'aflter the commencement of this section.

(2) The Public Utilities Board shall require every owner of a public utility to refund to each 'Of its cus tomers the difference between the sums paid to it by the customer, and the sums which would have been paid to it by that customer had 'all guidelines issued for the restI"laJint of· price land profit margins been appHed from time to rtJime rbo the rates charged by the 'Owner of the public utility fr'Om October 14, 1975. 3.
