Order in Council 913/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 14/2019, dated January 17, 2019, Joshua Cooper was appointed as a part-time member of the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board for a term of three years effective January 17, 2019;

And

whereas Joshua Cooper has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 14/2019, dated January 17, 2019, appointing Joshua Cooper as a part-time member of the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
