Order in Council 908/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Jaime Seidner of Oakville be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Jaime Seidner was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective June 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 570/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 570/2025 be revoked.
