Statute: Gaming Control Act Finance Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part 1 of the Gaming Control Act dated June 28, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to, effective May 15, 2012: (

a) grant the authority to the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation to sign an Amended and Restated Unanimous Shareholders Agreement among the Atlantic Provinces and Atlantic Lottery Corporation (the "USA") on the terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation to enter into the net debt obligation contained in the USA.
