OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 20, 1999, pursuant to subsection 37(1) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 35950 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing about 25.3 hectares, more or less, situate at Skye Mountain, Inverness County, the parcel of land more fully shown crosshatched on the plan set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
