OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 6, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to reappoint Charles Read Lorway, Q.C., of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of office of three years commencing July 1, 2003.
