OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 1, 2014, and pursuant to paragraph 119(1)(r)of

Chapter l of the Statutes of Canada, 2002, the Youth Criminal Justice Act , is pleased, effective on and after May 27, 2014, to designate researchers at Dalhousie University engaged in the Ceasefire project evaluation as members of a class of persons who shall have access to records kept pursuant to

section 114 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act , and may have access to records kept pursuant to sections 115 and 116 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act , solely for the purpose and duration of the Ceasefire project.
