On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Ken Bednarek of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
