OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 28, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to revoke, effective September 7, 2001, the appointment of James Ayling of Berwick, Kings County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-495 dated October 13, 1999.
