Order in Council 198/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Richard Sterne of Brantford, who was appointed by O.C. 1408/2022 as a member of the board of governors of Wilfrid Laurier University, has passed away;

Now therefore , pursuant to paragraph 4 of subsection 8 (1) of The Wilfrid Laurier University Act, 1973 , Order in Council 1408/2022 be revoked.
