OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, and the Minister of Business, dated April 3, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve: (

a) the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage entering into the Canada-Nova Scotia Provincial-Territorial Infrastructure Component - National and Regional Projects Agreement for the new Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of such schedules, annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement; and (

b) the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a net debt obligation resulting from a capital investment in the construction of a new Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
