On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to
section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 ,
Stephen wong of the City of Toronto
be reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the later of November 2, 2018 and the date this Order in Council is made.
and pursuant to
section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992 ,
Stephen wong of the City of Toronto
be designated as a Vice-Chair of the Building Code Commission to serve for a fixed term of two years, effective on the later of November 2, 2018 and the date this Order in Council is made.
