OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 10, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Cheryl Alick Anderson of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-448, dated September 2, 1998, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and (
b) appoint Cheryl Alice Anderson of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
