B.C. Reg. 185/2010 , deposited June 25, 2010, pursuant to the INCOME TAX ACT [Section 10]. Order in Council 449/2010, approved and ordered June 24, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2010, the Income Tax (BC Family Bonus) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 231/98, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 (1) (

b) of the Income Tax (BC Family Bonus) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 231/98, is amended

(

a) in subparagraphs (

i) and (ii) (

A) of the description of " C " by striking out " $1 925 " and substituting " $1 937 ",

(

b) in subparagraph (ii) (

B) of the description of " C " by striking out " $1 700 " and substituting " $1 711 ",

(

c) in subparagraph (ii) (

c) of the description of " C " by striking out " $1 574 " and substituting " $1 585 ", and

(

c) in the description of " G " by striking out " $23 710 " wherever it appears and substituting " $23 855 ".

Section 3 (1) is amended

(

a) in paragraphs (

a) and (b) (

i) of the description of " B " by striking out " $113 " and substituting " $101 ",

(

b) in paragraph (b) (ii) of the description of " B " by striking out " $96 " and substituting " $85 ", and

(

c) in paragraph (b) (iii) of the description of " B " by striking out " $155 " and substituting " $144 ".
