B.C. Reg. 275/2001, deposited November 30, 2001, pursuant to the LAND ACT [Section 73] and the LAND SURVEY ACT [Section 12 (2)]. Regulation of the Surveyor General, dated November 30, 2001.

The Surveyor General orders that the General Survey Instruction Regulation, B.C. Reg. 229/2001, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule. — C. SALMON, Surveyor General.

Schedule

Section 21 (8) of the General Survey Instruction Regulation, B.C. Reg. 229/2001, is amended by striking out "section 21 (2) (a)." and substituting "section 21 (2).".

Section 27 is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) (

l) by adding "surveyed" after "the boundaries of", and

(

b) in subsection (2) (

c) by striking out "section 22 (2)" and substituting "section 22 (3)".

Section 49 is amended

(

a) in subsection (2) by striking out "performing all of" and substituting "performing one of", and

(

b) in subsection (6) by striking out "20ovn," and substituting "20 times the square root of n,".

Section 50 (3) is amended by striking out "section 52 (6)" and substituting "section 52 (4)".

Section 65 is amended by renumbering subsections (1) and (2) as paragraphs (

a) and (

b) respectively.

Section 180 (3) is amended by striking out "from a passive or active provincial or geodetic" and substituting "from passive or active provincial geodetic".

Section 200 (2) is amended by striking out "vdistance" and substituting "times the square root of the distance".
