An Act to Amend
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 51, except subsection (2) of
Section 14, of the Acts of 2007,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, do come into force on and not before February 12, 2008.
