Order in Council 1497/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Rebecca Hines of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective November 16, 2021.
